Below are the most important points from the 2017 Energy List.
Intended for:
The reduction of the energy use of lighting in or around existing company buildings through the application of a switching control installation, depending on the day intensity, automatic presence or absence detection, or responding to [veegpulsen] and consisting of: light and movement sensors, switching or operating unit, (optional) [veegpulsregeling], (optional) dimming operation.
The maximum investment amount to qualify for the EIA is € 150 per sensor.
Intended for:
Stage and theatre lighting, consisting of:
Spot and/or floodlight fixtures, (DMX) driver.
The power factor of the lighting system must be at least 0.90.
Clarification:
Only the spot and/or floodlight fixtures qualify. LED screens or LED displays do not qualify.
Intended for: lighting in or around company buildings, consisting of:
A LED-tube system in combination with an external driver. The specific light flow of the LED tube must be at least 120 lm/W. The specific light flow must be measured in accordance with the LM-79-08, NEN-EN IEC 62722-2-1:2016 or equivalent protocols. The specific light flow is considered to be the relationship between the light flow of the lighting system (in lumen) and the absorbed electrical capacity (in Watt).
Measurements on the basis of LM-79-08, NEN-EN IEC 62722-2-1:2016 or equivalent protocols must be conducted by accredited institutions, whereby electrical and photometric measurements must be specifically included in the accreditation scope of the institution in question. The power factor of the lighting system must be at least 0.90.
The maximum investment amount to qualify for the EIA is € 20 per LED tube.
Clarification:
An external sensor could possible qualify under code 210502.
Intended for:
Lighting in or around company buildings, consisting of:
LED fixtures other than LED tubes, with a specific light flow of at least 100 lm/W.

The power factor of the lighting system must be at least 0.90. The maximum investment amount to qualify for the EIA is € 25 per 1000 lumen of light flow generated by the fixture.
Clarification:
An external sensor could possible qualify under code 210502.
